As a former soccer coach & player, I have always been curious about how high-performing athletes manage proper hydration levels amidst their busy lives.
Athletes frequently encounter challenges in maintaining optimal hydration levels during training and competition, leading to performance decrements, increased risk of injury, & diminished overall athletic potential. Despite the widely recognized importance of hydration in athletic performance, factors such as inadequate fluid intake strategies, lack of awareness about individual hydration needs, & environmental conditions pose significant hurdles for athletes in maintaining proper hydration.
Consequently, there is a pressing need to address these challenges comprehensively to enhance athletes' hydration practices & optimize their performance, health, & well-being.
